Before credits are deducted
- Your organisation must be approved.
- The record or segment must be approved and available.
- The price and access scope are displayed before confirmation.
- The transaction is recorded in the organisation wallet.
Seven-day quality review
A claim may be submitted for a materially invalid or incorrectly represented record within seven days. A claim is not automatically approved because a prospect declines, does not buy or cannot be reached on the first attempt.
