How are opportunities verified?
We review the submitted requirement, contactability, location, timing, commercial clarity and permission record before publication.
Are contact details public?
No. Public pages contain no personal lead contact data. Eligible contact information is revealed only through controlled access to an approved organisation.
Is Prospect Intelligence the same as a verified opportunity?
No. It is researched B2B prospect coverage. A prospect has not necessarily requested a quotation, and inventory remains unavailable until internal approval.
What are credits?
Credits are platform access units used for eligible opportunities or prospect packs. They are not cash or stored value.
Can I request a quality review?
Yes. Material quality issues can be reported within seven days and are reviewed against the product definition and access record.
Does approval guarantee business?
No. LeadHub does not guarantee responses, quotations, contracts or revenue. Providers remain responsible for licensing, due diligence and service delivery.
